![]() ![]() ![]() To fix this problem, I tried a variety of things including different USB ports, uninstalling and re-installing Synapse, and even contacting Razer support. On the home screen, I only get one tab, the Stats tab, and a box on the right that says "For the full experience, please connect a Razer Synapse enabled device". Anyways, while the mouse works fine and lights up and the Chroma integration with Overwatch works like a charm, Synapse doesn't let me really do anything. ![]() So I got my first Razer product, the Overwatch Deathadder Chroma for Xmas (welcome to the Cult of Razer, yada yada) When I first unboxed it, I plugged it in before setting up the Razer Synapse software which I probably should have done first, but I didn't know it mattered. ![]()
